Where do you ship?
At the moment we ship across Canada. As our delivery regions will too. Stay tuned!
All orders are fulfilled within 3-4 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped or once it is ready for pickup.
Orders that are selected to ship will be shipped by Canada Post Regular Parcel (3-4 business days). *Please note that shipping times can vary based on your location and country.
Local Pick-Up (Toronto)
Orders will be available for pick-up at Good Behaviour located at 342 Westmoreland Ave. N. (Dupont and Dovercourt). *It is important to note that Good Behaviour is not affiliated with STAC(S) and is only acting as a pick-up location. Additionally, your order won't be ready for pick-up until you have received a confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
We sincerely hope you enjoy your pancake mix. However, should you find the product is not suitable, we would be pleased to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your full name, the reason for your return and proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s).
